We received date time format (YYYY-MM-dd hh:mm:ss.sss) from the external system and able to store these value in a date time property type in integration layer. The moment when pega tries to read the data from integration layer to application layer for manipulation like extracting only date portion via sub string, Pega is throwing (2019-07-10 00:00:00.000 is not a valid date time error). This is working in 7.1.8 and 8.2 but pega throws this validation error in pega 8.3. Any pointers on how to address this issue will be really helpful.
What kind of integration being used ? Making the int layer property to a text field may solve the issue. Also, if the app layer property is a date type property, try not to manipulate directly. Instead use some parameter property in between to do the manipulation.

Thanks for the reply .Yes we can try all other viable options and it will work, but we have lot and lot of date time properties in int as well as application layer. It will be cumbersome to change all the references. Is there any way we can find the text file where this validation thrown to disable
