Hello,

There are 3 phase to develop an application in my corporation.

Develop -> Testing -> Live (Production)

Each server have DB for their own IP Address.

Example : 

Phase Develop we use  : XX.XX.XX.XX
Phase Testing we use  : XX.XX.XX.XX
Phase Production we use : XX.XX.XX.XX

each of them is different, so i need to input the IP Address manual if me and my team 
changing phase.
(fyi: db use postgresql)

How to integrate 3 DB, so me and my team want it to be automatically match with the selected phase without being input again?
