The Initializing a page type property exercise is not producing the expected results
My configuration is creating the row for the Spouse/Partner, but not filling in the value. See the word doc attachment for details.

another option with exercise troubles is to contact [email protected]
as for your current issue, it seems you use the author@tgb operator-id and the InitializeSpouse Data Transform gets in the HRApps:01-01-01 ruleset.
You should use SA@TGB and the rule should be in Onboarding:01-01-01 instead.
Likely this causes the issue you report.
