Decisioning:Proposition Filter is not returning result as expected
When trying to test a customer data through DT on a strategy to find the offers applicable, eligibility proposition filter is not behaving as expected.
On debugging the proposition filter is returning false, wherein the property is set to true. Testing in 8.6 environment.
(Default behavior = false) AND (((Customer.LifeCyclePeriod = false)))
Can you please help!

@SwarnaliD Please post screenshots of the configurations, e.g the DT / Strategy / Prop Filter (Default and Specific) anything that you think may be useful.

Thank you for replying.
Added the screenshot. I am trying to test a strategy called inside Trigger_NBA_TopLevel.
The property LifeCycle is set a value in the DT but when run through the strategy value is coming as false.
I have added the property pyMessage for troubleshooting which is saying the property is set to False,even when i can see he actual value of the property in the context .
The proposition filter is also attached.

It looks like from your screenshot, standard card is passing? This seems to me it is working as intended?
If so, I imagine the issue is with the property you have set up for torubleshooting. Are you using explain mode in the proposition filter for this troubleshooting?

Hi, we never finished the conversation above so didn't actually come to a resolution as to what the problem was, or if there was a problem :-)
For your screenshots, I don't see anything obvious that you have done wrong, and the proposition is not being filtered which is what you expect in explain mode.
Can you show what is in .relevant also (send whole screenshots)

Thanks for your reply. What i am trying to do is, how to debug a customer through strategy in . I have updated the screenshots for you.
The customer in the screenshot is getting the offer in Run time, but when i try to manually debug in the strategy, it gets dropped in the PF. Hence the question.
I am using DF to test and have attached the corresponding screenshots as well.

Setting values directly in DT is not recommended from a strategy design perspective due to optimizations (we probably should put more verbose warnings on the product to inform you about such cases), would you be able to try to pull out this logic from DT and try again?
