Hi,
We found below error message on PegaRULES.log at production environment, but can not understand what's happens. Does anyone know about this error details?
Are there any functionalities that to initialize full-text search by user operation? (Below log contains User ID, so this error should be caused by user operations.)

Any search by a user could trigger this, as every search bar in Pega should use the same backend. If searches are failing or not showing correct data, the search index could have issues. As a first step, check the Search landing page in Designer Studio and make sure all the search indexes are created and not showing any errors.

Thank you for your comment and sorry for my late reply.
I checked Agent Information for Pega Search Index but it seems no problem. There's no incident report from end-user because maybe they could not notice index issues...
I will continuously investigate this error.

You may check and confirm if all the steps under "Configuring search index host node settings" have been completed from the respective installation guide.
For instance, if you're on Apache Tomcat and using Postgres database then you can refer to Page 40 of this guide.
