Impersonate a user in Pega

Hi, We want to allow Administrator users to impersonate a normal business user and see their screens. This is to allow testing team to simulate the same steps as normal users, but without actually logging in the system as that user. This would be more like unix command sudo / sesu. Any thoughts

Hi All,

We have a requirement for impersonate the other user for automation testing team. This is expected to work similar like suu command in unix for personate a user.

Any clue how to implement this?

Hi,

Would switching between access groups work for you?  You could potentially give the tester both their normal access group, and the access group of the user.  They could switch to the user access group (via switch application) to test with the user's level of access, and switch back for other tasks they need their normal level of access for.
