Copy property value to user clipboard
Hi,
We are experiencing an odd situation where, when the user copies a property text (like an account number), and pastes it inside a notepad file, the paste includes two empty lines, followed by the copied text.

We are attempting to identify solutions to remove this space. Is there an expectation where we could use an activity (java) or declare expression could write to the user's clipboard?

Thanks for the responses. We identified that within pega 7.1.9, when you use a custom control, every line includes an additional space on render. Even when we enabled "omit extra space', each line rendered as a space.
We found a solution using JavaScript that works for IE only, as chrome blocks access to user's clipboard.

It's indeed bizzare . How about copying elements from text area ?
Also, for the other option, I dont think there is anything OOTB which can copy it to user clipboard. You need to write your custom JAVA code to do the same.

You can try edit input 'pxLettersAndNumbersOnly' or create your own.
