IAC Host configuration
Hi,
I am trying to configure a host from the IAC gateway console and I am able to successfully connect to the host when I specify the individual node URL, but when I provide the load balancer URL, it doesn't seem to work (it is unable to locate the PRPC deployment). So, my question is, do we always need to provide the URL of a dedicated node (either web node or an intranet node) when configuring the host from the gateway console?
Is it not possible to use a load balancer url instead?

Upon reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved. SA-19355 was created as a result of the investigation. Please reference that if you have the same question.

Since our environment is hosted on the cloud, we had asked cloud team to implement the steps mentioned in the article. However, it didn't work.
SR-A15795 has been raised for this purpose.

Hi Sudit,
Just to clarify - You are on the right track here as you definitely want to use the load balanced URL. The PRGateway application is built to specifically handle this as the back end Session Cookies that are used for load balancing and session infinity, stick sessions, are handled properly.
