I would like to take up Certified customer service Architect exam but i could not able to find the exam path.

There is customer service ready badge course is available which consists of below 3 courses :

There is no certification exam for it. once you complete the course, you will get Customer Service Ready badge  it is pega 8 customer service  course. It is worth to go through.You will get information in this link.
