Application at context path /prweb could not be started - Customer Service Exercise system

I have installed the pega customer service exercise system on Oracle VM virtual Box.

After starting the Virtual machine using Proprietary information hidden:9080, below screen displayed.

But when I click on http:// Proprietary information hidden:9080/prweb/PRServlet it throws HTTP status 404 error.

When Im trying to start prweb through Tomcat web application manager, below message displayed.

FAIL - Application at context path /prweb could not be started.

Can you guys help me out on this?

Surath,

Have you had any success getting this running?
I am running this exact same release in VirtualBox so if you are still having trouble I may be able to help.
Which course did you download this from?
Have you tried deleting this VM and reinstalling just as a brute force easy test?
