I am not able to see the steps which is there in the process after adding decision shape
Hi All,
I have three stages and processes is created in each stage.When I add decision shape the steps in the process disappear.I don't understand why is it occurring . Is there any solution for this problem. I am using pega 7.2 version tool.

this is not a problem. this is how it works.
when you have a series of steps in a process - linear in a sequential order, they appear in the Case Designer view, linear in the exact sequential order.
As soon as your process becomes non-linear, the view in the Case Designer simply cannot display that complexity. So you see a white bar with the process name only. To further configure it you click on Open Flow in the configuration panel on the right side.
Adding a decision shape into your flow rule definitely transforms your flow from linear into non-linear.
