Hi Marissa, PE is one of our products which you do not need to go through a formal media request SR. You can request, and download it all through the PDN via https://pdn.pega.com/pega-7-personal-edition

Depending on what P V Satyanarayana K's download issue is, we may simply need to open an internal IT ticket. Or this might be some growing pain with the recent PDN upgrade that will resolve itself.
