We have configured our chatbot to respond to a a couple of questions which our users frequently ask us.

I configured it with the questions/keywords etc and its working fine by reply with the predefined response commands etc.

But it does not work if the user asks the same question in a different way its not working.

So,

1. Is there a way for us to capture what the user has typed in chatbot.

2. Is there a way to automate training of a chatbot based on the user input - feedback. I'm trying to avoid manual effort to record user inputs and train the chatbot. So searching for a an automated way.
