How to tackle work object lock when it is locked by an Agent?

If Agent1 is processing work objects and Agent2 is trying to perform on work objects which got locked by Agent1? How to tackle work object locking in this scenario?

Hello, 

What do you mean by "tackle"? You want to remove the lock from Agent1? I don't think you should right, Agent1 is probably doing an expected work and removing the lock might be risky.

Can you adjust your Agent2 activity to pick only cases which are already processed by Agent1?

Eg. If you use a report definition to pull cases for Agent2, apply appropriate filters to avoid this locking issue.

It would be good to progress step by step on a given case.

If your business demands such scenario, please try to combine those two activities into one so that a single agent case perform it better.
