How to set the UI of FCM cases to use the local skin, instead of the default skin
Upon opening a FCM case in a remote application, the UI doesnt use the skin defined in the local application, but instead uses the default pega skin. How can we get the cases to reference the local skin, when being viewed via FCM?

could we set pzSkinName at target property to the application skin name and learn the behavior?

Hi, we are facing similar issue but as per tracing remote session (from remote system to FCM screen) we found the pySkinType in Application page has the customized skin rule name. Still the skin and alignment are not working from FCM access as it is from direct access in remote system. Anyone faced similar issue?
