How to set the max number of Line in a text area to 15.

I want to set the total number of line/row in a text area to 5. After entering at line #5 it will no longer allow.

ex.

aaaaaa

bbbbbbbbbb

cccccccccc

ffffffffffffffffff

bbbbbbbbbbbbbbb
