How to set up email manager (same function as mozilla thunderbird or microsoft outlook) in PEGA 7.1.9 ?
Can anyone tell me how to set up an email manager in PEGA version 7.1.9 (as mentioned on the title).
The idea is to integrate email function in a case type (get emails, send emails, reply emails, etc). Also to save the emails and make a report of how many times an email address has sent email to us or how many times we have replied.
The way I think of it is to populate email list to the repeating grid, then double-click to open the email, then there will be buttons to either reply, forward, etc. along with the title, sender, content, etc. I only don't know how to do that.
Any pointer regarding this matter is appreciated.

If you have any rest API's provided by the email server for (get emails, send emails, reply emails, etc) you can call them each through connect-REST and invoke REST api through activity and run this activity on click event on the button. Probably you might have to take care of the UI part (like designing section that has repeating grid including buttons with respective actions)

thank you for the suggestion, but after presenting the idea, my boss said to use PEGA's built in integration, and right now I'm still postponing this one since I haven't found how to populate the mails to work basket/list (since I read this is how to get the mails), just can't get it right.
I might've done the settings wrongly, but there's no error, it's simply not working.

I've succeeded on getting the mails to a case, but there are some errors/bugs that is not wanted as :
1. everytime pega get the mails, my mails on (for example: gmail) always got wiped, how to fix this?
2. when I try to show all the mails' content using report definition with property .pyInboundEmail.pyBody , it shows this error :
Error: ** An error occured on executing the query for the report definition - There was a problem getting a list: code: 24345 SQLState: 99999 Message: ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred
what is that error about? and how to fix it?
