How "MSOGenerateExcelFile" works in 7.1.9

We have a requirement of dynamically export pagelist data to excel. I'm trying to use MSOGenerateExcelFile activity. But I am not getting how will I give reference to the excel file in TemplateRFB Parameter. Also I am not getting what will be the value in DownloadFile Parameter
