You have to save the rule in your ruleset and then add a When rule under Indexing Conditions. In this when rule check the value of pxSubscript for which you want the entry..

Yes that's correct but When we are unfollow the case again the Contact record added in the Index table. For the Unfollow Scenario how to do the that?

I think you have to differentiate both the scenario based on additional property and thereby you can use that additional property in the WHEN rule. I have not tried this personally. But give me some more details if this is not getting solved.

Hi,
I have tried following scenario:
i. When I am creating the Case and Adding pyWorkParty(Contact_01)
ii. When we are click on Follow case button the follower adding pyWorkParty(Follower), pyWorkParty(Follower_01) ....
In the Declare Index When Checking the condition in Top level not checking in Index by Index on the page list or Group property
Example:
I have PageGroup property like pyWorkParty(Contact_01), pyWorkParty(Follower), pyWorkParty(Follower_01)
Now I want the index only for Follower Subscript
I have applied the condition like IsInPageListWhen(.pxSubscript contains Follower in pyWorkParty)
In this Condition working for only Happy Path, But when am click on the Unfollow button the Contact record also added in the Index table.

I think it would be good to by-pass the party addition step for Unfollow operation. Is it possible to find out if there is any specific parameter being passed for Unfollow operation? You can use that value to bypass or restrict the creation of work party.
