Declare index is not triggered on save
Hello,
I have configured a declare index rule for indexing page property. On the work object, I append to the property for the first time and save, then instances in the page list are indexed. But after that, when I append another instance to the property and save the work object, new instances are not indexed. Although I submit the work object, those are not indexed. When the declare index rule is triggered ?

At the first time I add an item to page list, I can see the Write Index and SQL steps, but at the second time when I modify the page list, I don't see those steps.

Could you please check if there are any indexing conditions in the Declare index rule. It may cause this issue.

You can try once doing pzindex=true before saving the work object.
If this doesn’t work you can trace the activity and check for write index and db query options to know when declare index is triggering .

I tried to add "RecreateIndexesForInstance" activity to the pre processing of flow action and it worked. But again, when I save the work object, items are not indexed. They are just indexed when I refresh the flow action.
I can see the Write Index at the 5th step of Work-ReCalculateAndSave. Also I can see the SQL steps. However I don't see them when I modify the pagelist and save the work object again.
