What is the difference between Committed Save and Save in Declarative trigger?

Can anyone give an example to understand the difference between Committed Save and Save in Declarative trigger?

Save - Deferred save method (Obj-Save without write now) will trigger the Declare Trigger.

Committed save - Commit methods (or, Obj-Save with write now) will trigger the Declare Trigger.
