How to resolve performance issue clicking between tabs using Tab type Layout group

Hi,

Here is the product defect identified in Pega 7.2.2 but it is not still resolved in Pega 7.4.

Resolution states Enable "Stretch For Tabs" but we have too many tabs and this workaround doesn't work. I still want to use arrow button to navigate tabs but can't this be fixed by Hotfix? I see this as a product defect.

A similar issue was reported and Hfix was provided on 7.4 

We may ask for backporting.
