Refresh Issues in Tab Group Layout

There is a repeating Grid inside a  Tab Group Layout.

When I add a new Item in the repeating grid , a new page gets appended , but the new item does not appear on UI.

If we do an explicit section refresh, then the added item appears. How can I achieve the same without an explicit refresh?

Can you try adding the Repeat grid layout to a section and then include the section in the tab group and see if it works ?
