Hi Rajasekhar,

In your case threshold seems to have overshot by .7 sec, this may not be an concern until it happens once in a while.

If you see this frequently, you are perhaps committing a lot of data at one go.
Please check for your deferred operation to have a hang of all the operation that you may be intending to commit.

What is the Service Email record configured to do? It sounds like it is pushing too much into the DB between commits.

Perhaps you can update the logic to do periodic commits of data by explicitly calling the "Commit" method in your Activity records.
