How to Resolve the NBA Alert in Web Service call
We're currently using CDM 6.7.1, exposed the web service to 3rd party portal to show NBA offers.
In RA, there's a checking if customer is having Overdue/Outstanding amount, no offer will be display until the Resolved button is invoke in RA.
How do we perform the same logic in the 3rd party portal which calling the API to display NBA offers? Or can we by pass the checking and allow the portal to display the NBA offers?
Appreciate you could share some documentation which related to exposing the web service in CDM 6.7.1
