How Representment conversion rate is calculated in Smart Dispute Framework?

Please let me know if anyone knows how representment currency conversion rate is determined in case of Visa and Mastercard.

The currency conversion is inbuilt in Smart Dispute.
When you Represent a Chargeback, the currency conversion already input calculates the Representment Amount.
