PegaApp-WorkAttach-Duplicates attachments in Smart Dispute framework

Hi,

In the Smart dispute 6 version, PegaApp-WorkAttach Duplicates scorecard instances were created and attached to case. After upgrading the Smart Dispute application to 7.21, PegaApp-WorkAttach Duplicates scorecard instances are not getting opened as PegaApp classes are removed in latest SD framework and replaced with PegaAcct classes. How to migrate the old version PegaApp-WorkAttach-Duplicates instances to latest SD framework to view the instances?

Hi Hari,

My suggestion would be they can run an utility where they can update the pxObjClass of the prior score card rules from PegaApp-WorkAttach-Duplicates to PegaAcct-WorkAttach-Duplicates and save the score card rules.
