How to refresh the KYC Type case after submits the model window
Hi,
Created a KYC case --> Clicks on Edit Button--> Modify data through model dialogue & submit
Case is not refreshed with modified data until refreshes it manually. Please suggest If any option available to auto refresh the KYCType rule.

Is the issue in KYC Type rule or KYC case(New business onboarding case) ?. And what are the updates that are being done?.

This is to refresh the KYC case. have identified the OOTB flow action rule 'KYCQuestionsWrapper' used for refreshing the same.

Can you please give the context of changes that we are talking about. Are we answering the questions and the response is not displayed or are we changing the KYC type in design time rule form and expecting the questions to be auto-refreshed in the case?

Hi Rachana-
My question was about how to refresh/auto-refresh the KYC Type when we perform some action in model window.
KYC Type been refreshed after calling the flow action KYCQuestionsWrapper.

Hi Sreedhar,
Assuming that there is a case with an Edit button. On click of edit, a modal dialog is launched which contains KYC questions. Answering any of the questions, auto refreshes the "Question"/"Questions" sections which are used to display questions automatically.
Is the assumption right? and this behaviour works fine OOTB. So if this isn't working please provide more details about the configuration on modal window.

Further to the above info, you can refer the below which might help you in future.
In order to see the changes post filling the KYC Types , you can add the below steps.
Purpose:
To re-evaluate valid questions. And refresh during onchange / onclick event for each response to KYC Items to process response.
Steps:
Under the ACTIONS of the selected field, add an Event ex: Change
1. Add an action 'Refresh-Other-Section'
Target: Other Section
Class: PegaKYC-Data-Item
Section: GroupExpanded
Activity: ProcessResponse
2. Add one more action 'Refresh-Other-Section'
Target: Other Section
Class: PegaKYC-Data-Type-
Section: KYCTypeName
In addition to these, you can add Refresh-Other-Section for selected sections in your screen by providing the relevant class name and section.
