How to perform bulk Change Stage
Hi All,
We want to correct some data on inflight cases. We performed bulk Change Stage action on those cases and observed in tracer everything went as we desired.
But when we open those cases, we understood the case is not committed after bulk Change Stage action. Can someone advise me on how to achieve this??
We created OTA and referred pxChangeStage, pyChangeStage activities disjointly
Note: Although we figured out different approach to populate the data on the cases, I'm curious to find out how to achieve it through Change Stage

@Venkata Rakhesh good morning, without knowing the whole context of the situation, did you try to call commitWithErrorHandling activity after you call the pxChangeStage?

I have also tried without using explicit commit (i.e. commit method or aforementioned activity) but the case is not transitioned to desired stage

Could you please tell what all steps you are having in alternative flow, that would help us in providing some solution for this issue.
Basically pega will handle the commit when we are doing change stage. Work-Object will be getting moved to alternative flow and it will be getting routed to any assignment, during this assignment routing pega will automatically commit the data. So no need to do any explicit commit.
