It is not possible to pass current parameter page using Action Set --> Launch Local Action.
However can you tell your requirements so that we can suggest some solutions.
Are you trying to pass Flow action name as parameter ?
Are you trying to pass parameters to underlying section?

Hi Pankaj Rawal, they have a section which is embedded in a repeat grid row. To update properties on the section/row, they call Launch > Local Action (modal dialog) and set the data by passing the list index (pxResults(1)) using parameters. I don't think this is the right approach. Developer Help Guide also confirms that Launch > Local Action does not operate normally in repeating grids and we should instead make use of List > open Local Action which works on the repeat grid's row context.

I was not sure from what context this is called as it was not mentioned here.
But my questions are still same as Flow action doesn't take any parameters.
What is the exact purpose to pass parameters here ?
