Hi,

we have a button on review harness and on click on button we are launching a modal window.

In modal window we have a cancel button, on click on cancel button I am launching local action(overlay) which says "you are about to discard your changes" and gives two buttons ok and cancel.

I am not able to launch overlay local action when there are error messages in the fields of a modal window. and when there are no error messages I am able to launch overlay local action. it looks like some ootb rules are stopping the local action to launch.

Any one already faced it or any clue how to address this situation.
