@LiXiangTang If the type needs to be hardcoded , You can add those radio buttons in separate sections and add a Parameter "Type" to section.
The Parameter from section, gets passed to the when condition.
@LiXiangTang from here I think you would not be able to pass parameters to when rule. Whatever parameters you are needing to pass to when rule, you can set those into a user temppage Or editable dpage and you can use that in the when rule.
