How to open a work-object from the non-default access group via url from the Email
Dear Community,
I need some idea regarding our situation:
We have an application deployed at some environment.
User has two different access groups – one group allows viewing some work-objects, and other group allows viewing another part of work-objects (other org. unit with different business role).
One of such groups defined as “Default”.
Application may sand the Email notifications with URLs for the specific work-objects.
Is it possible to open a work-object via URL from the Email, which is accessible only from the second access group (non-default)? We can't to open a work-object from the non-default access group now.

When you click on such an object from your work list or basket, does it succeed in opening by automatically using that other access group?
If so, you may want to trace both that scenario and your url-in-email scenario to see why one automatically uses the other access group and the other doesn't.

Additional description about our configuration:
1. We have a set of groups, which are relevant to the business roles.
2. We may have a situation, when the same user may be the "main approver" (default group) at one company and the "additional approver" with limited permissions at some other company.
3. Each group have its own portal, and users must switch between them.
As described before, user may receive an email with the URL for the object, which is available for the "additional approver". When he clicks on the link, the application openes but with the default “main approver” role / group. User must switch the portal and find the required work-object manually.
