How to open a modal window from simple question rule

Hello,

I am working with a survey that uses simple question rules. One of the simple question rules has four responses that the user can choose. On one of the responses, I would like to open a modal window that provides information to the user and allows him to click on a button on the window that will exit the flow. How can I configure this?
