How to monitor the Internet Connection speed of the user?
How can we monitor the internet connection speed and warn the user using a message pop up if the speed falls below a certain limit like 128kbps, 64kbps.

OOTB there is no such way. However, using JS you can try using it.
Refer this article.
Once you have the JS you can embed it in the section to make it work inside your app.
