How the Modified SLA effect the existing cases in production?
I would like to know how the modified SLA effects depending on the implementation.
The SLA rule is implemented as a delegated rule.
Question: How will the changes to this SLA reflect to the existing cases when the cases are at different step or stage in the production ?
I would like to know how the modified SLA at Stage level, Process Level , Step and Case level gets effected?
My understanding is when the existing case starts processing from the current step it will take current modified SLA.
Is my understanding is correct? Could you please clarify ?
