Modify pyID for existing resolved cases

Can we modify pyID value of existing resolved cases for display purpose? Since few cases were generated with incorrect pyID. How to do it? Is there any OOTB there to modify pyID value of existing record? If we change pyID, will it impact functionality? Please help on this.

@NIVASHINI J  Hi,

Changing the pyID for existing cases would result in creating new entries in to the work table. As you might know pyID is class key used in pzInsKey generation. All the references to the case if any open assignments will be impacted.
