How to migrate Logging Level Setting added in one env to ther environment?
I added a logger for an activity and I want to migrate the same to higher environment without doing the same task in that higher environment.
E.g. Info logging for an activity.

There are no logging auto synchronisation mechanism across systems. You need to add the require logging manually into your higher environment.

In Pega 8.1.x, log categories are database persisted, in the case, if you migrate pr_data table, you should have the same log categories. Check Admin Studio for details.
