How to map SR class property value to Customer class Property in decision strategy (created in Customer class))
Hi, Am working on a scenario where I need to copy the value stored in SR class property to Customer class property. Have tried doing that in the strategy using Set Property component but not able to do so. Appreciate if someone can help on this. Thanks.
Example - SR Class Property name --> Goal_CC_Count Customer Class Property name --> Goal_CC_Count

You can send these values as part of Data page parameters . We have done similar implementation where we are sending few prop values and ranks during qualification to the data page.

You can set the value to any property from Strategy expression. No constraints. Sample expression to set the value sourcing from SR as below:
@SetPropertyValueInPage(tools,"TargetPageName","TargetPropertyName",SRPropertyValue)
I don't think setting the Customer class property from SR will be the right approach unless the data is transient. Usually the Customer Data will be referred from Strategy to make the Decisions as Customer Data is being loaded from various sources (System Of Record) through nightly batches. Any customer property value set from Strategy expression will be lost once CARs data refreshed.
If there is a need to update the customer property, you can think about acheiving the same through golden source/ETL process to get the customer property populated with the computed value.

If you need to map your SR class property to customer class in a strategy you could make use of components like Decision Table or Decision tree.
Passing the SR class property as a parameter and refering the Customer class property in Pages and Classes you can easily map it.
