How long PDC takes to get DSS changes in Change History menu?

Hello everyone.

So, we recently had an issue that was easily solved analyzing PDC Change History, BUT, it took a while because the DSS that had been changed didn't show up until next day. We created and changed 2(two) DSS´s in order to test and after 12h still nothing there.

I tryed to find some docs related to this delay but didn't found any.

@AdrianoV16929265  PegaAESRemote agents are responsible for sending most of the data, Push Changes Info Agent in PegaAESRemote is configure to run every one hr., 

 

I belive in your case, these agents might not be running for certain duration. Post a jvm restart or agent restart, all the info started flowing into PDC. 

 

You can use New "Home" Page in PDC to show if any system status is not green, also you can run diagnosis to know which data is up to date.
