How to localize "Auto append/prepend" values?

Hello. 

Can someone tell me the best way to localize "Auto append/prepend" values for section fields (look at screenshot)?

Hi Sergey,

 

Could you please explain your requirement with examples?

Most of the controls have append/prepend options wherever necessary in the properties. Do you want to append/prepend something in a complete section?

Hi.

I want to translate "members" word from Eng to Rus. I cant do this with  Field Value rules. I was able to reach my goal only with new section with translated "members". But its not a best practice i believe.
