How to install and configure Pega74 personal edition without Docker

When I tried am getting always Postgress DB issue eventhough I added DB values as below

  • Database Port:5432
  • Database:Postgres
  • Database UserID: Postgres
  • Database Password:Postgres always getting and DB Error
  • Can you provide me steps how to install Pega74 personal edition without docker
