How to install and configure Pega Co-Browse on PegaCHAT Servers
We have an existing setup of PegaCHAT with Node.js, Redis and MongoDB components and PegaCHAT application running successfully. We want Pega Co-Browse to reuse PegaCHAT infrastructure setup and Pega Co-Browse service installed and configured to be co-hosted with PegaCHAT component.
I understand we can reuse the existing setup and just have to install Pega Co-Browse application and services and configure its config.json file to point to same Redis/MongoDB components. However there is no details provided on the port and protocol it would use.
Could anyone share their thoughts and put more light on the considerations /recommendations on the proposed setup.
Any recommendations / suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

It seems you want to use the same MongoDB and Redis setup that they are using in Chat for Co-browse as well. We donot suggest this. We don’t have this kind of a setup in our Cloud Production and it is not tested. It might be doable in MongoDB, because a separate DB can be created for Co-browse. But we definitely donot suggest this is terms of Redis. There are high chances of collision of records in Redis. The customer must ideally setup a separate MongoDB and Redis for Co-browse. This is our stated line to all customers. At the very least a separate Redis should be setup.
