How to implement when rule with Show Smartinfo on change of action
In a section on change action of text, I have included ShowSmartInfo that I need to show only when rule is true. But even if when rule condition is false it pop up ShowSmartInfo with blank window. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Just a question : the comparevalue when you are using, does any of those values being modified on the change action where you are calling the smart info section.
In generic, just put "Never" when rule and check if it still shows the blank section or not. If yes, then it is a Pega Product Issue and if Not, means your when rule is not evaluating correctly.
