How to identify high importance email

Hi All,

Is there a way in PEGA to identify the High importance flagged email.

When PEGA reads a mail using listeners, we need to identify if the mail is marked as high importance.

If anyone have implemented the same, your knowledge will be helpful.

Referred to below thread, but it is closed without solution.

Hi Devan,

You can perform the below:

1)Create a custom property in Embed-Services-InboundEmailInfo and mapped to the request header.

2)Turn on the Email Listener and send the mail and check the clipboard page
