How to handle the delegated rules in Production rulesets post Upgrade to Pega7.2

Hi All,

Can someone please confirm how to handle Delegated rules in Production rulesets for Upgrade. Can the Delegated rules in Production rulesets need not be touched post Upgrade or is it necessary to run Revalidate and Save on the Production rulesets in DEV and then import them to Production.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Hima

Process to handle the Delegated rules is to create the RAP of those and apply them separately during the production deployment. Revalidate &Save is necessary to make sure its intact (if you are upgrading from 5.x or 6.x)

General Steps:

1) Create the delegated rules RAP from current Prod

2) Import the golden rules schema (ift and shift) which is tested in lower environemnt

3) Apply the R-A-P of step1
