How ever when i'm trying to delete workparty using OOTB activity i'm not getting the output i'm expected

Scenario:

I'm having two roles in my application for example ABC and ABD. when i tried to delete the first role instances ABC they are getting deleted successfully but when i'm executing the acitivty for second time for role(ABD) first is getting appeared and second one is getting disappeared.

Could you please help me.
