How to ensure clear cache of the system in cloud instance is done when raised a server request

Hi All,

When we request pega to do the restart with clear cache for any cloud instance, How can we ensure that clear cache is actually carried out?

How can we check in SMA or any place available in Designer Studio to know that cache is cleared?

Also, What are the types of cache that are cleared when we actually raise a request for clear cache service request.

Hi,

You can raise a cloud ticket to restart with clear cache.Cloud team will do that and notify you.It deleted temp folder.
