How to enable SSL connection between pega application and PostgreSQL database?
We are enforcing rds.force_ssl param to 1 which enforces all database connections requires ssl.
Is there a config at pega application level to make this happen?

Yes. This is at the db level. once the ssl is enforced, all connections to db should happen through ssl certificate. I need to make application to go through the ssl cert before connecting to db,
slrootcert=rds-ca-2015-root.pem

The answer lies with the application server you are using as Pega leverages the jdbc connection provided to it by the application server container.

Performed below things to configure ssl connection to postgresql db.
In context.xml:
url="jdbc:postgresql://<dbname>?sslmode=verify-full"
Created a folder /usr/share/tomcat8/.postgresql/ and placed the certificate.
For DB:
created folder /root/.postgresql/ and placed the certificate.
Once SSL is enabled by default it tries to find the certificate in /root/.postgresql/ folder.
