How to connect to PegaRULEs database?

Any help is appreciated. I'd like to connect to the database of Learning System for course "Pega Decision Management Essentials (7.21)"

I think it should be PostgreSQL database. So, I installed Oracle SQL Developer, added JDBC driver for PostgreSQL, and I have no any idea about where credentials to find

Try this-

Go to Rules explorer and select SysAdmin

then go to Databases there you should find all the databases their names and JDBC URL's

use the JDBC Url of the database u want to connect.
